Christene believes in catering to the therapeutic needs to of her clients. She utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities such as Gestalt, Play Therapy, Adlerian, Trauma Focused CBT and EMDR. Christene works with individuals to help them to work through issues of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and adjusting to significant life changes.
